• Cancellation Policy – 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
• If your flight is delayed or you cannot travel for any reason, please advise us as soon as possible.
• The deposit will be returned once the apartment has been cleared and checked on departure
• The villas may only be used by the number of persons declared on the booking
• The pools are not heated and, in principle, can be used from April to October 12pm – 8pm. They are, however, kept clean all year round. Pool safety is the guest’s responsibility. Children should NEVER be left without supervision in the pool area.
• Please inform us of any breakages etc. as soon as possible.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
• No pets allowed
• Should it be necessary for us to gain access to your apartment during your stay we will be granted admission.
• We cannot be held responsible for accident, loss or theft during your stay. You are advised to make sure your property is properly locked when you are not on the premises.
• Travel and medical insurance is highly recommended.
