2025 UPDATE

Currently there’s a pool being built in the parking area. Whilst I am happy to see an upgrade in facilities, it means the parking area is suspended inside the electric gates. Plus the works are noisy & dusty. How much longer this goes on for I cannot say.

These works were planned for the winter months. With no ‘personal’ control over the timescale & only recently being fully advised, I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Paco ( concierge ) does his best to clean the pool daily. & It’s a very welcome extra on a typical summer’s day. But for this summer it will have concerns regarding noise, dust & parking outside only.

Drop off with bags & shopping is still available, but parking overnight isn’t unless one is prepared to move & repark outside at 06:30 each morning! Allowing the workmen access to all areas.

My sincere apologies, but the works & extended timescales are beyond our control.

This lovely apartment is situation in the Arenal and in excellent condition. Located next to the Tennis club, supermarkets and 2 minute walk to the Arenal beach with a promenade full of bars and restaurants.
